Enable Emoji Keybpard, follow these steps.
For iOS 4.x (iPhone 4 / iPod Touch / iPad)
1. Install “iEIOG” app.

2. Unlock Emoji Keyboard
3. Go to Settings
-> General
-> Keyboard
-> International Keyboards
-> Add New Keyboard
Then select “Emoji”.
3. Reboot your device.
✓ Now you can type all these cool Emoji icons.
